Acceptable Use Policy
1. Purpose
This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) sets out activities that are not permitted when using the Abylora Service. It is part of our Terms of Service. We respect your privacy and do not monitor the content of your traffic; this policy defines the limits that still apply and the action we may take when we receive credible reports of abuse.
2. You must not use the Service to
- Break any applicable law or regulation, or facilitate others in doing so.
- Send spam, phishing messages, or other bulk unsolicited communications.
- Distribute malware, ransomware, or launch attacks such as denial-of-service, port scanning, intrusion attempts, or credential stuffing against third parties.
- Infringe intellectual-property rights, including unauthorized sharing of copyrighted material.
- Produce, store, or distribute child sexual abuse material or any content that sexually exploits minors. This is strictly prohibited and reported as required by law.
- Transmit content that is unlawfully harassing, threatening, hateful, or incites violence.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any system, account, or data, or to interfere with the integrity or performance of the Service.
- Resell, sublicense, or commercially redistribute access to the Service without our written permission.
3. Network protection and fair use
To keep the Service reliable for everyone, we may apply reasonable technical measures such as rate limits and abuse protections. We may take action against usage patterns that degrade the Service or harm other users.
4. Reporting abuse
To report a violation, contact support@abylora.net with relevant details. Because of our privacy-first design, we typically cannot link activity to an individual, but we will investigate credible reports and act on the limited information available to us.
5. Enforcement
Where we have a good-faith belief that this AUP has been violated, we may suspend or terminate the affected account without notice and without refund, and cooperate with lawful requests from competent authorities. The consequences of termination for breach are described in the Refund Policy and Terms of Service.
6. Changes
We may update this AUP from time to time. The version published on this page is the current one.
